The service

Steady Shelf is a Shopify application that detects product restocks and sends back-in-stock email notifications to shoppers who subscribed, keeping a per-recipient delivery log for the Merchant.

Acceptable use

• Notifications may only be sent to shoppers who requested them through the Merchant's storefront.
• The Merchant is responsible for the lawfulness of their store's data collection and for honouring shopper requests in their store.
• Abuse of the sending service (for example attempting to send unsolicited bulk email) may result in suspension of sending for the store.

Billing

The App is billed through Shopify's billing system on a monthly subscription basis, as shown on the App Store listing and the in-app plan screen. Charges begin only after the Merchant approves them in Shopify.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep restock detection and sending reliable and to make every failure visible in the delivery log, but we do not guarantee that any individual email will be delivered or read. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts paid for the App in the preceding three months.
